NTUB Business Administration Student Lin Po-Jui Sweeps National Competitions Wins 25 Awards in 2025, Showcasing Cross-Disciplinary Excellence





A sophomore from the Department of Business Administration at National Taipei University of Business, Lin Po-Jui achieved remarkable success in 2025 through his innovative thinking and strong practical capabilities. With the support of university resources and guidance from several faculty mentors, Lin participated in major national competitions across Taiwan within a single year and earned a total of 25 awards, including eight championships, six runner-up titles, and eleven merit awards. His achievements span fields such as AI technology applications, financial innovation, business marketing, and sustainable development, demonstrating NTUB’s educational effectiveness in cultivating business professionals equipped with digital thinking and interdisciplinary capabilities.
Lin delivered outstanding performances in several major national competitions, highlighting the ability of business students to integrate cross-disciplinary collaboration with practical applications. In the National Intercollegiate Smart Innovation and Cross-Disciplinary Integration Competition, he collaborated with students from medical and computer science backgrounds, leveraging his strengths in business model analysis and presentation skills to lead the team to first place.
In the AI FinTech Innovation Competition, Lin demonstrated exceptional leadership and resilience under pressure, guiding his team to stand out among 114 competing teams nationwide. He also secured championship titles in both the FinTech Financial Services Intercollegiate Innovation Competition and the Sanchuang Cup AI Applications for All Industries Business Proposal Competition. In addition, Lin showcased keen market insight in the Allianz Life Creative Sales Ideas Competition, where he received the Allianz Rising Star Award (Champion).
Lin’s impressive record reflects not only his ability to translate academic knowledge into practical achievements but also his strong psychological resilience in high-pressure competitive environments. He demonstrated excellent adaptability during competitions while consistently applying structured logic and problem-solving skills during project execution.
Lin noted that accumulating 25 competition achievements within a year was not solely the result of personal effort. He emphasized that the university’s comprehensive teaching system and the dedicated mentorship of faculty members played a crucial role. He expressed particular gratitude to professors Chen Yi-Wen, Chan Ya-Ching, Chien Yu-Tai, and Yu Chia-Hui from the Department of Business Administration, as well as professors Lin Jung-Ju and Tsui Ching-Ling from the Department of Finance. With the guidance of faculty members across departments, he was able to connect classroom theory with industry needs and continuously refine his abilities through real-world challenges while bringing honor to the university.
