National Taipei University of Business is a school which was established in 1917 . Known as the best business school for over 100 years in Taiwan, we insist to give our students a best business education environment. Changing from “Taiwan Commercial School of the Governor's Office”, “Taipei County Commercial School”, “Taiwan Provincial Taipei Commercial School”, “Taipei Municipal Commercial and Vocational school”, “National Taipei Junior College of Business” to “National Taipei College of Business” (NTCB),we always take the leadership role in vocational education. Furthermore, to cope with the changing of society and education system, as well as to fulfill the expectations of vast students in the realm of business, it is necessary to change our school’s name from NTCB to “National Taipei University of Business(NTUB)” to cater for the need arising from the transformation of the society.

Based on fulfilling the demand of human resource for Taiwan economic and industrial development , following the technical and vocational education purposes of "Practical Application" with cultivating professionals, College of Business has established 4 departments and 3 master classes accordingly: Department of Accounting Information (master degree), Department of Finance (master degree), International Business Department (master degree) and Department of Public Finance and Tax Administration
